- Booking data: The appointments you schedule with us through Cal.com
- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, device information
- Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details
- Cookies: We use cookies for analytics and advertising (see Section 6)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver our free training, coaching tools, and paid programs
- Send you relevant emails about tinnitus relief (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve our website and services
- Process payments securely
- Run and optimise advertising campaigns
3. Third-Party Services

- Stripe — for secure payment processing
- Brevo and Resend — for email delivery and marketing
- Cal.com — for appointment scheduling and bookings
- Vapi and OpenRouter — to power our AI assistant "Bella" (chat and voice)
- Meta (Facebook) — for advertising pixels and conversion tracking
- Vercel and Render — for website and backend hosting

4. AI Assistant ("Bella")
Our site offers an AI assistant named Bella that you can message by text or speak with by voice. When you interact with Bella:
- Your messages, and any call audio you choose to share, are processed by our AI providers to understand you and respond.
- Voice calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can answer your questions, schedule your appointment, and improve the service.
- Bella is an automated assistant and provides general educational support only — she is not a doctor and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers listed above to deliver our services and run our business.
